My 19-year-old daughter and I visited the dealership with differing perspectives on her first car purchase. She was set on a Honda Civic, while I preferred she have a vehicle with greater ground clearance. Jon patiently guided us through a variety of options, demonstrating extensive knowledge of each model. He expertly navigated our differing preferences and ultimately presented us with a vehicle that perfectly balanced our needs. We especially appreciated his respect and understanding throughout the process, particularly as we returned on multiple occasions to test drive various cars. Jon never pressured us and was always attentive to our questions and concerns. While we ultimately settled on a vehicle slightly above our initial budget, Jon worked diligently to secure a deal that was agreeable to both us and the dealership's management. We felt the final agreement represented excellent value. I highly recommend Garden State Honda to anyone seeking a positive car-buying experience.
