Been in 4 times for the exact same problem spent $5500. 00 and still have the same problem. Kia has no idea what is wrong with the car just keep getting the run around the service manage would not even come 00 and still have the same problem. I have filed a formal complaint with Kia. I was sold a “Certified Pre-Owned” vehicle that immediately needed almost $1.000 in repairs. I was also promised my extended warranty would cover thi I was sold a “Certified Pre-Owned” vehicle that immediately needed almost $1.000 in repairs. I was also promised my extended warranty would cover things that it doesn’t. I was mislead and they will make no effort to rectify the issues. What started off as a wonderful experience quickly turned into anything but. Extremely disappointing. More
