She was incredibly warm, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She stayed with me from 2:00 PM until 9:35 PM without a single sign of frustration—no sighs, no eye-rolling, no pressure, no passive remarks. Just kindness, understanding, and real support. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. My second biggest thank you goes to Mr. Hugo, who helped me as if I were buying a car for his own family member. His sincerity and dedication truly stood out. I also want to sincerely thank Mr. Poul, who not only kindly offered us green tea, but also took the time to explain every single document line by line before we signed.
