Frank was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. My Sorento went in for it’s 10K service. Frank told me that the car would be ready for pick up within 2 hours, at the exact 2 hour mark, my service. My Sorento went in for it’s 10K service. Came in to service our Optima plug-in and saw the perfect Tellluride in the lot. Alex set us up for a test drive and a follow-up appt for the next morning.
