I still had 2 years left on my existing lease. They applied the equity from my current lease for the down payment. (I was just there for a 15,000 mile service on my 2018 KIA Forte) So Happy! My car was there fir almost 4 weeks waiting on parts to ship over from Korea. Not once in that time did they call me to update. I called them myself about 5 times to get information.
