Horrible, just horrible! I was given an appointment for 7 am. When I arrived, there was no appointment listed and I was told even though the 7 am appointmentsare given out, th I was given an appointment for 7 am. When I arrived, there was no appointment listed and I was told even though the 7 am appointmentsare given out, the mechanics do not arrive until 8 am.. I was told it would take 2-3hours, when I arrived I was told that it would take much longer. They wouldn't give me a ride home,too far...25 miles. They only have 3 loaner cars, all were out. I was also told that the warranty that I purchased to extend the bumper to bumper really doesn't cover everything, as I was told when purchasing it. I Spoke with the manager Craig Atchison who was rude and said that obviously it was a miscommunication, but less be realistic, who knows how long it will take. My complaint was that I am disabled, and 2-3 hours is now 3-4 hours and possibly longer. If I had known , I would have make accommodations. It was a horrible experience. I filed a complaint with the corporate office. More
