Hello, Ken, I have also written to HM America regarding your dealership as one of the loyal Hyundai lovers who trusted all my maintenance at the dealerships. It is really disturbing that the Hyundai brand image is likely tainted by the practices at the dealership like yours in Garden Grove. I am sure that the other dealers under the same Russell Westbrook are excellent in courtesy and services. There seem to be other Hyundai dealers nearby with better reputation in the vicinity, Cerritos & Puente Hill, etc. Anyhow, the brand image shall be kept at the service department.
