Total price was kept from me until I demanded it, finance manager leaves a lot to be desired, dealership went with a higher rate loan instead of a much lower pre-approved one and would not switch it because they didn't want to re-due all the paperwork even though I offered to come back in: I was told to change the loan myself. This experience felt more like a cat and dog fight when it should have been smooth when someone like me returns for a car. Love the new car hate how I had to obtain it. More
