We didn't think we needed the upgrades and were quickly told they would be "$200 more" and we actually didn't get a quote for it. We ended up with a car with less upgrades than what I had before and paying nearly the same! I realize this was because the rest of my payments were rolled into the new payment but it still would have been helpful to receive a quote for a car exactly like what I was returning. Otherwise, the dealership was helpful and attentive with us. More
