Totally unsatisfied customer 1. Deal package was lost in the proceedings and I had to come in to sign the new contract papers. 2. During the dealing I asked to test drive for my 1. In reviewing documents before signing I found VIN number is wrong. I'm glad my wife found it otherwise it's going to be a huge headache for me. 4. Mr. Kim specifically showed me to how to answer the survey. He wants 1000 points on the score. 5. I received email from you and it says first oil change expires in June. 6. When I returned to sign the new contract, the dates are printed wrong. When I compare each and every item, dollar amounts are different although my monthly payments are the same. 8. Today, I received a letter. No Payment coupons It says my payment is due on May 26. Today is May 25. 9. I sold my vehicle to you. I had to wait 25 days to receive the payment. He said it'll take 7-10 days for payment I had an impression that I'll get the check same day. 10. I ask salesperson to shred the papers containing my social security number. He didn't. 11. Other dealer Puente Hills Hyundai called me to thank me for the business. And many other courtesy calls. I have not received a single call thanking me from this dealership 12. I even told the salesman that my Hyundai Sonata lease expires in December and if I get good service and a good-deal I will be back in December for another car. I definitely changed my mind. 13. Instead of apology that caused such an inconvenience to me he instead blames someone else in the main office for dropping the ball. If originally signed contact papers are lost where is it? What if a thief found it, I fear that my identity theft may accur in the future. That's what I'm worrying about. More
