Do not believe anything they say, they act friendly but 100% liars. Dec 1st, 2022, found a great price online, came in, test drove the vehicle, it was quite dirty (should have been my first clue to leave) 100% liars. Start the buying process with Adam in Sales, tell them no add ons, get the price back with over 10k in add ons. No, I don't want any of this I say. It takes them forever (Should have been my second clue to walk) to come back and I have my 9 month old daughter with me so time is of the essence. Still over 5k in add ons, again, I say no, and it takes forever again for them to come back (I really should have walked but it's a 30 minute drive and I didn't want to have to come back with a baby that hates to be in the car). I've learned that is their tactic, take forever which wears you down. Even when I said I need to get my daughter home and I'll come back tomorrow, they say it will only take 45 more minute....ok....liars.....finally get through everything hours later with the price with way too many add ons cus they cannot sell it without the add ons they say, and it's the evening, and my mom drives the car home so I drive myself and my daughter home. Next day, see the vehicle "clean," and just completely shocked this is a certified used vehicle, I thought this had to be inspected......complete disaster. I go right back to the dealership with this vehicle and try to demand for them to take it back, or fix it......finally after a lot of hassle and lies and way too many trips back and forth with a screaming baby they fix most of the issues. Then at the end of the month, Dec 30th, they call me asking for the money for the registration (Ive only had the car a week since they took forever fixing it and I don't even have the title and I paid cash), threatening my car will be late on registration if I don't pay now.....xxx....I thought I already paid it when I bought the vehicle. I drive all the way back ask for proof and low and behold they hand me the paid registration (today's date that it was paid), obviously wasn't going to pay it since it's already paid. They were literally fishing for more money....crooks.... More

I brought my car in for a price for a trade in. Kelley Blue Book quoted $5,200. When I went in, they said the mileage wasn't correct (I estimated 157,000 and it was a little over 158,000) They of Kelley Blue Book quoted $5,200. I went to another Hyundai dealer in Orange County that offered me $1,200 MORE and were very pleasant to work with. Very disappointed with the wait time, the run around and trying to take advantage of me. I did research before hand, so I knew a fair price. I went there strictly due to location, however I traveled further to work with honest, fair people. More

Sheen was really friendly and helpful. We came here after visiting carmax and their no haggle pricing. We would have paid way more at carmax for a similar vehicle. We heard other customers negotiating lower prices, but we had been in the market for months, and this dealership had the best prices hands down. More
My car was towed 9/14/22 to Hyundai of Garden Grove due to overheating from a hose rupture. It cost $230 for diagnostic which meant visually noticing that there is a tear in the hose. This is an unreasonable cost to diagnose something simple. In the end it cost $1,625 to replace 2 large radiator hoses, 2 small hoses near the firewall and 1 sensor. All the hoses were held in place by clamps and sensor (plug and screw on the ends). These were simple to replace but it took them 7.2 hours and over 5 days to do it. I wonder how they make money if it takes a mechanic 7.2 hours to replace such trivial parts. Now I know - they rip you off by padding the hours. On top of that when I received the old parts back, I noticed that 3 of the hoses were still in good condition. So here is another way they rip you off - replace parts that are still usable. Just because I refused other recommended services they held my car hostage until 9/20/22 when the service advisor called me at home after 7PM which was a little late to pick up my car. He had promised to call at 2PM. Throughout the whole time my car was there I had to call to check on the status, Not once did they call me to keep me updated. The service advisor aka con artist is Mark Sanchez. Hyundai of Garden Grove is a terrible place to take your car for service. They have shown me poor customer service, that they are untrustworthy con artists and unreliable service. In the end: Parts = $412 / Labor = $1,625 / Days in shop = 6 days More

This is a misleading dealership which uses false advertising of pricing on their website to entice customers. They have no intention of selling the vehicle that you want at the advertised price. Sales person, Carlos was responsive but his Sales Manager was no help in the process - only repeated that "we can't sell the vehicle at that price". Requested to speak with the GM and he did not return call. There will probably be some blurb under this rating that says "we are sorry about your experience...", please call the GM. We did and he did not call us back! Russell Westbrook should be ashamed of the false advertising game played by this dealership. More
This was by far the most frustrating experience I have ever had dealing with the service department. About six weeks ago I had my Elantra that I purhcased to this dealership brought in for repairs. After being told that my car would be ready by the next day, then in about a week, and finally over a month later, still have not picked up my car. The service department has been nothing but rude, dishonest, and unhelpful. I have received every kind of excuse about parts being on order, not receiving paperwork from my insurance company (which was a lie), and more. Now the service department is threatening me with storage fees if I do not pick the car up this week because they will not wait for approval from my insurance company, I will not be doing business at this dealership ever again, and I do not advise anybody else to give them business either. Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional, rude service employees who tried to wrongfully charge me for repairs covered by my insurance company. More
