Shawn, I have tried calling your direct number several times with no answer. I have called the dealership daily for several weeks to speak to you and Armin in finance and left multiple messages and emails yet neither or you have called me back. My windshield was damaged in mid June and i have been trying to get this taken care of for weeks now. I am going to contact Hyundai corporate since I am going nowhere with this dealership. Salesmen are trash responded

No, you're not disappointed because this is the same generic reply you give to everyone who complains about the SAME issue. You people lower the online price in hopes to get someone in the door that is dumb enough to buy these vehicles with yout mandatory $7000 "protection package" added to all vehicles. If someone cannot purchase the vehicle for the listed price and the add ons are MANDATORY then list the price with the mandatory add ons. It's not difficult.
