Poor Recall Service I scheduled an appointment online specifying a regular checkup (oil, rotation, etc.) and to address a recall notice on my air intake hose. The appoin I scheduled an appointment online specifying a regular checkup (oil, rotation, etc.) and to address a recall notice on my air intake hose. The appointment scheduler had me push back my appointment date so they could have the recall part available but when I showed up they still had yet to order the part. The regular service was fine but they told me they'd have the part there within a week but never called me about it and kept telling me the same thing every time I called...twice. It's now been two months since my original appointment and I've heard nothing, it's really hard to believe there's no replacement intake hose for a Sonata. I'll never be coming back here again More
