We went because on their website it had listed as included options BACK UP We went to the dealership to test drive a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Elantra. We went because on their website it had listed as included options BACK UP CAMERA and BLUETOOTH WIRELESS/HANDS FREE. Only thing is, the car didn't have either of these. When asked why it says these options are included ON THEIR WEBSITE, they claimed some third party allegedly fills out their website, and it's their fault. But then they offered us another car which included the features that were listed for the car we test drove... but, of course, it would be more money. This is classic bait and switch! They claimed they would fix it on their website, but nothing yet. Typical, horrible car dealership. More
