I did not feel pressured at all by her & appreciated her down-to-earth approach in answering my questions. She was very thorough in explaining all the bells & whistles in the car & made sure I understood enough before I left. Torie was great also, again, very happy to explain my options & wanted to be sure I understood what she was telling me. This is my first Subaru, my first 4-door vehicle, & my first SUV. For all that buying a car is so stressful, I left in my new (preowned) car, exhausted but happy. Pamela is a real gem. More

In her words, " change your mind as much as you want to, It's your car and you should be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase. " She made car shopping the most enjoyable experience Anyone could ever have. If you are looking to buy and don't go see Pamela, then you will never know what 100% customer satisfaction truly is!!! And then, of course, after you agree to a deal, you have to go see the dreaded Finance dept. But, then you meet Torie and she just put everything out on the table, explained all your options and let you decide. Never did she try to push anything on us and made sure, again, That car buying at Garcia Subaru North is truly the only way to get 100% customer satisfaction. Also, do not forget to see Aubrey, who started the car buying conversation and made sure that we got exactly what we were looking for in this whole Wonderful experience!!! More

The service department thinks they are doing us a favor to do the maintenance to our cars. I have to go 3 times to get my car serviced and NO, every single time they said we are not able to take your car. to do the maintenance to our cars. Last Friday I brought my car in for a diagnostic and service. Around midday I was called and told what was wrong and what it would cost, which was substantial. So I asked--out of curiosity--what the tr service. Around midday I was called and told what was wrong and what it would cost, which was substantial. So I asked--out of curiosity--what the trade-in value would be. They said a sales rep would get right back to me. For the rest of Friday and Saturday I waited to hear from them. Nothing. I called them but no one was available to talk, so I left a message asking them to please start work on two items and I'd take care of the rest another time. On Monday morning I called back to confirm they'd gotten my message and were starting work, and when they expected to be finished. No one could speak to me then either, so I left another message asking to be called back. During the day Monday I did this six times. No one ever returned my call. Instead, I got plenty of excuses about how overwhelmed and understaffed they were. I tried one more time on Tuesday and the same thing happened. No one was interested in helping me find out what was going on. At that point I gave up and today, Wednesday, got a ride into town to find out what was going on with my car. It took them a while to track it down. Turns out it had been just sitting there, without anything being done, for FIVE DAYS. Their excuse was that they were waiting to hear back from the sales department. I asked for my keys and left. I won't be going back. I bought my car new from this dealer when they were down on Lomas back in 2014. Up until recently they have been just great and I was very happy with their service. But this is not the same place that it was. If you own a Subaru, I would strongly recommend that you avoid this dealership. Sorry to say, but this is one of the most unprofessionally-run businesses I've ever encountered. More
