Pamela was friendly, personable & professional in helping me out of my dilemma of needing a new car before my insurance stopped paying on my rental car. And then, of course, after you agree to a deal, you have to go see the dreaded Finance dept. But, then you meet Torie and she just put everything out on the table, explained all your options and let you decide. Never did she try to push anything on us and made sure, again, That car buying at Garcia Subaru North is truly the only way to get 100% customer satisfaction. The service department thinks they are doing us a favor to do the maintenance to our cars.
