I went online because I simply wanted some information without any of the high pressure you usually get from a salesperson. Ray was wonderful from the beginning, I felt comfortable and confident in his honesty right away. Ray was great with follow up and staying in touch without ever being pushy. It was his openness and willingness to work with us on our schedule that convinced us that he was the person we wanted to buy our car from. Delivery was great. Late in the day on a Saturday we finally agreed on all terms and we were ready to move forward with the completion of the deal. When I asked if we could do this now Ray said come on over. We had not met Ray in person until we got there and saw our car being prepared for delivery. Transaction was painless and just as we had agreed. Thanks Ray! More

Bad customer service Did not give time of day, and acted above her customers and even treated her workers worse in front of customers, talking down to them. Wont ever use this dealership again. Would not even come talk to me, they were too busy... the only person that seemed appropriate was the sales person. Guess they don’t like selling cars after all! Holding my breath I purchased my top of the line Outback in May - and the sales man was fantastic! In fact, HE was the reason I made the deal. Then I learn he has left the dealership - and the few times I've been there, the attitude of the other people are not nearly as gracious and respectful. My first service was scheduled for this coming Friday - but I need to reschedule. I could not accomplish that via the phone app NOR did the software work online from my mac. It gets to the point of selecting the time and simply will not go to the screen to do that. So what SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 5 minutes to do has now wasted more than 30 minutes! I tried calling service several times - and they want to return my call. THAT IS NOT SERVICE! I ended up on CHAT which also took some time to complete the rescheduling. SERVICE is answering the phone. AND this is not the first time I have tried reaching service - to no avail. It clearly is not important to this dealership. I had been warned by other Subaru owners... but due to the wonderful sales man, I figured that was just another person's opinion. there are several other small things I could recount. Now I'm doubting my decision. I was with Larry Miller Toyota before this - and they knew the meaning of service, and knew how to make customers feel appreciated. Any issues were handled professionally and with care and I knew my business was valued there. I am clearly concerned about the ongoing relationship with this dealer and fear any possible issues will be difficult. More
