In particular, Brooklynn Gibson was extremely attentive, listened to our needs, and came up with an ideal choice for a new car. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the technologies -- many of them new -- built into Subaru Outbacks these days, and even gave us a couple of "chalk-talks" wherein she knew the answers to every question we were able to come up with. Service here quoted a major price to fix, so we decided to buy a new car. Another Albq. Subaru dealer quoted a much better price by e-mail, so we asked the Garcia North sales manager to include tax, title and license in the quoted price. (That would have gotten close enough for us.) He agreed. I was on the phone with my wife when they agreed on this, and she repeated the agreement to the sales manager as I listened. Tired and stranded, my wife signed the paperwork given to her. It now appears they DID NOT match what they offered her. Nobody pointed out that the paperwork differed. They did not correct the paperwork to what they had agreed, in spite of many phone calls and promises to help. BAD DEAL!! More

Best Dealer Ever We are driving cross country and had our Check Engine light go on along with a loud rattle. I called and they told me to come right over. I did and they instantly ran the alert code, told me it was nothing urgent, and then checked the rattle. They also identified it as nothing urgent at all. They topped off my oil and washed my car and then told me there was no charge at all. I was blown away! Nicest folks, super professional, and helpful. If I’m ever in Albuquerque and need Subaru service, this will be my go to place! More
