We had narrowed down our options to the Subaru Forester, Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV-4 and the Mazda CX-5. After test driving all of them and comparing options, space, comfort, quality, safety features, etc, we settled on the Forester. The trim line we wanted (Touring) was in high demand (and remains so), so we ordered it equipped exactly the way we wanted. Raymond was exceptionally easy to deal with, we got a great price (according to Consumer Reports and other sources) and his follow-through has been excellent! During the "build process," he kept us abreast of our car's status and was always available for any questions. Ray is warm, friendly, prompt and courteous, and will help you have a great buying experience. We love our Forester and look forward to many years of happy ownership (third Subaru) and will be dealing exclusively with Garcia Subaru for service. (We had such excellent service and value from them with our prior Subarus that there is no reason to change!) More

I was amazed about the fact that Ray was able to answer all of my questions about the features of the 2018 Impreza that I purchased. I have not had a new car in many years and he made feel comfortable about all of the features and gadgets and did it with calming enthusiasm. A very enjoyable experience We went to Garcia's Surbaru dealership having never even ridden in one before. We needed a wagon type vehicle & the Outback was highly rated. My husband is disabled and needed a vehicle large enough for his walker. He is highly sensitive so we needed a smooth riding car as well. We test drove the 2019 Outback and ended up buying it. Ray was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He went way beyond in his kindnesses to me and my dear husband. He gave simple explanations of all of the safety features and the touch screen. I love our new Outback!!! Ray even came out to our home to program the garage door opener. I highly recommend Garcia Subaru as well as Ray Montes. Anna K. More

I am impressed that a woman with her responsibility helped us and did not make us feel like an interruption to her day. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and informative. Best customer satisfaction I’ve ever had. I went in very unhappy with the Subaru I purchased 6 months ago from another dealership. Dog friendly car and Ray Montes Ray approached us as we walked through the doors of the showroom with 2 dogs. My wife already knew she wanted an Ascent, but needed to check out all of the features. I was giving up my 12-year-old Toyota Matrix in exchange for the safety features in the new models. I test drove a Forester and it felt just right.. My #1 need was to have enough comfortable and safe interior space for our dogs. We travel often and Ray was extremely helpful in pointing out features that would make our adventures completely enjoyable -- smooth ride, excellent vision (front and back) -- lots of cargo space -- wonderful safety features. Some follow-up contacts with Ray were also helpful. He takes care of his customers very well long after we drive our new cars off the lot. Definitely a 5 star rating -- wish you had 10 starts to choose from. More

He pretty much gave us all the information over the phone, or through emails, he never pressured us to come in. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different safety features the new Outback had.
