My family and I even went back a second time to test drive the vehicles because I was having difficulty deciding which one I wanted to buy. We never felt pressured into any purchase, which was important to our buying experience. Pamela was knowledgeable and thorough in answering our questions, as well as flexible with her time, taking our call on her day off and meeting with us for the final sale on a Saturday (the busiest day of the week). The dealership was clean, neat and busy. The busy part helped make our decision. Jeromy greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome. I attempted a lane change and another car moved into the same lane with no signal. I was forced to move back into my original lane with no problem. Ray remained as calm as a driver’s Ed teacher. The transition to the finance department wasn’t as smooth. I have no problem with her performance, but this is where we learned that two years of free maintenance on the dealership was not free. Be prepared for the additional sales pitch for add ons and additional warranty. More
