What impressed me most was that Ray took the time to get to know me long before I purchased my vehicle. Whenever I was in for service, he would stop by to say hello and check in. Over time, we discovered we were both huge music fans, and Ray even introduced me to one of my now-favorite artists, Billy Strings. That personal connection meant a lot to me—it showed that Ray truly values relationships, not just sales. When it came time to buy, the decision felt easy because I trusted him completely.
