Great Customer Service I recently brought in my Audi A4 for an oil leak. I had some major engine work done around the January/February time frame and thought maybe somethin I recently brought in my Audi A4 for an oil leak. It was determined that the prior work had not caused the leak, however, the problem was found and fixed and the manager took care of my problem for being such a good customer. Zack was very approachable, polite, and genuine right from the jump and he made what was an uncomfortable initial experience into a very easy and simple process. Zack shares my passion for the driving experience and the Audi brand so his knowledge and understanding of my expectations and my specific vehicle made for a very rewarding and positive experience. It is because of Zack that I feel a much stronger connection with Audi Rochester knowing that my CPO S4 is going to be well cared for and looked after during my time of ownership.
