After several I wrote Subarau of America CEO and Paul Garavel over 2 weeks ago (8/22/16) about a problem with the rear door of my 2016 leased Outback. After several visits to Norwalk service center, I was told that I had to take it to a body shop. I refuse to pay for a defective automobile. I am not responsible for the rear door not being aligned. I did not create the problem. Any rust in the rear cargo area after years of water leakage will be Subaru's problem. I am putting Subaru on notice. I am extremely disappointed in the dealership and the dealership owner, Paul Garavel. More
