Great service and accommodating staff! I went in thinking I'd be waiting for two hours for my regular maintenance, plus getting some snow tires. However, to no one's fault, there was a snag I went in thinking I'd be waiting for two hours for my regular maintenance, plus getting some snow tires. However, to no one's fault, there was a snag in getting the tires I needed and I needed more service done than expected. Long story short, I would not be spending the day at the dealer waiting. Lucky for me Subaru has a free shuttle service! Quick, easy, and hassle free! I got home in no time and my car was taken care of by the next day. The service staff were super accommodating and kept me up-to-date on my car's ETA. Always feel confident bringing my Subaru in for service here :-) More

The technicians thoroughly checked it out while Tony personally gave me updates. The problem was fixed and also I was alerted to impending issues to be checked out during the next maintenance service. My family and I have bought several Subies from Garavel and we have always have them serviced there, too. I have been associated with this dealership since it was located in Georgetown and even though it has passed through several ownership and service directors, its sales and service have always been excellent.
