Greatly Improved Service Team Last Friday I was met outside by a smiling service team member who immediately assigned a number to my car, was immediately seen by another service te Last Friday I was met outside by a smiling service team member who immediately assigned a number to my car, was immediately seen by another service team member (Joseph Merturi) who said he would have problem diagnosed and was pleasantly helped to coffee by another service team member (Joe) while I waited...I'm glad I was sitting when Joe Merturi brought the estimate because it was much higher than I anticipated, but he very professionally explained the problem and what needed to be done to insure a fix to a possibly dangerous situation. The part was ordered, I returned 4 days later, was once again greeted by service team member, Joe Merturi arranged for a "loaner" and within 20 minutes I was on the road.
