i got a loaner for my service day, and fell in love w/ it As my recall service was going to take several hours, I requested a loaner for that day. It being a Subaru, there was no need to have a lesson to lear As my recall service was going to take several hours, I requested a loaner for that day. It being a Subaru, there was no need to have a lesson to learn where everything is located. It was an upgrade w/ many new features, like a back-up camera and a keyless feature! all one has to do is be near the car w/ the fob in your pocket and it unlocks. Also, it has a button to push for the starter. Oh it is a smart one! I was so happy all day driving this beauty around and I got pretty sad as I took it back to return it. I found out how hard it was going to be to let it go, as my sales person, Terrence, said "So, do you think you need to buy it?" and I told him "yes, yes I do!" Now I am the proud owner of this fern colored 2017 Subaru Outback named..... "Fern". just love her. :) Thanks, Subaru. You make me happy. More

The reason is simple and includes the dealership in question. The overall attention paid to the customer is not paralleled, the honesty with which one is treated and the courtesy is equaled only in top ranked hotels. My service rep this particular time was Diego and he really cared, getting me out earlier than he had predicted, making sure I had everything done that I needed for safety and to protect the life of the car. I feel Garavel’s prices are comparable to and probably better than other businesses that service. I have always had the Outback Legacy wagon and will continue to do so should I outlive or give this one to my nephew. Marcia Tonner More
