Great customer service Took my car in for routine servicing, as well as investigate a minor problem with the gas cap door. The process could not have been easier. Was checked right in and Victor explained all the servicing I would get, including a repair to the gas cap door and a check to see if the car's computer needed an update. Even thought he car was out of warranty, he covered the repair to the gas cap door ( which needed to be replaced). In short, total commitment to customer satisfaction. It took some time but the service was comprehensive and the waiting area was quite comfortable. More

Best Subaru Mechanics & Victor Urena is the Best Rep I told Subaru Service that my car rumbled and made terrible, loud noises after an oil change elsewhere. The Subaru Mechanic worked all day and into the evening doing overtime until 7:30 and my transmission and engine are now perfect, which is just amazing!!! Victor Urena has always been so knowledgeable and service oriented! He goes over and beyond for all his customers! He always has a nice smile! More
Battery trouble Recently my wife’s Crosstrek woul not start. I gave it a jump and drove it around for a while but next day had trouble again. The car is little over three years old and warranty had expired a couple months earlier. Although I did not have an appointment we took it to the dealer to check out. They were able to look at it and replace the battery that day. I knew I would have to pay for it ($239) because the warrant was up. But when I picked it up I asked the service rep, Victor Urena, if I could get a break on the cost since it was just out of warranty andbatteries usually last longer then three years. He referred me to sle manager, Tony, who looked up my r corde and then said they would do a “goodwill” rplacement at no charge. I was thrilled that the were able to fix it so soon and stood behind there product even though the warranty was up. All in all an excellent service experience. More
My service rep picked me up in a snow storm I was able to drop my car off at night to get a new battery and service even though I didn’t have an appoinitment. Then my service rep came and got me I was able to drop my car off at night to get a new battery and service even though I didn’t have an appoinitment. Then my service rep came and got me the following day at my office in the middle of a snow storm so that I could retrieve the car. thats what I call service. And I was glad I had a Subaru that easily navigated the snowstorm back to my home More

Gary met all the appointments', test driving, and multi/multi questions with wonderful enthusiasm. Gary left no stone unturned (even to the knowing of which radio stations I listen to...awesome).
