Because of a job change, I decided to try Garavel instead of my usual dealership. I was astounded to be treated to such first-class treatment! At 7:30am, a valet greeted me—with a smile no less— took my keys of my usual dealership. I was astounded to be treated to such first-class treatment! From beginning to end, everything went smoothly and Conrad, the service rep, was over-the-top in making sure I was kept informed and understood what my car needed. He was a true customer service professional. Even the waiting room was comfortable—no blaring tv or loud music. Everything was amazing! I’ll never go back to my old dealership. More
