This was the first time I had purchased a car on my own and Miles made the experience easy and painless. He never seemed "salesy" or fake, and his demeanor was always one of a partner in this sale. The day I picked up my car was a fantastic day, which Miles knew it would be. Aside from being a great salesman, he was funny and personable and never made me feel inadequate about car buying. All in all, a fantastic experience. Josh is by far the most helpful honest and dedicated car salesperson I have met during what started out as a rather stressful process for myself. Moving back to the suburbs after living in New York city for salesperson I have met during what started out as a rather stressful process for myself. Moving back to the suburbs after living in New York city for 15 years, I overthought every possible option buy vs.lease, new vs.used all wheel drive vs. front wheel drive etc. I did not think that I would end up with anything close to what I wanted, which was a small suv or crossover, all wheel drive, something in decent condition without tons of miles on it and under or close to 15K. For most salespeople, my purchase would have been insignificant and really not worth a great deal of consideration and/or time. Even when he was running around the lot and helping other customers, even at the hospital during the birth of his first child, josh answered my questions and advised me. He is extremely personable, never pushy and genuinely interested in making the right sale. Actually, it was his positive attitude that was my deciding factor to purchase this car from garavel rather than a similar car from a dealership my family had bought from previously. He is relatable, trustworthy and attentive. Surprisingly in this day and age, he was the only male salesperson I encountered who did not act like I was misinformed, incapable of making a decision or negotiating on the cost of my purchase. I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a car, Subaru or other. More
