I have owned , Audis, BMW's, Mercedes, as well as many other lesser models of car, and the experience of both buying and driving a Sabaru stands heads higher than any other dealership and carmaker that I have ever experienced! Fast, No Pressure, Professional. I have been looking for a manual Legacy for many weeks when I located one on Garavel's website. I inquired and spoke with Elvin DelValle, who explaine I have been looking for a manual Legacy for many weeks when I located one on Garavel's website. I inquired and spoke with Elvin DelValle, who explained that the car was currently being serviced off the lot and would be available by the end of the week. He suggested that I make an appointment for this Saturday. I asked him if he could send a video, as soon as possible. Two days later I received a personal video showing the car. I called Elvin and told him I was interested. He called/emailed on Thursday advising that the car in back and ready to show. I asked if I could see it on Friday morning instead. My son and I met Elvin, and took a test drive. He asked "What do you think?" I said let's talk numbers. Asked him if I could pick up the car on Saturday. He said you can take it now if you have a hour or so. So within 1 1/2 hours, I was driving my new 6 speed home. In closing I have to say it was a smooth, no pressure, professional experience. I highly recommend Garavel Subaru, and especially Elvin, with his mellow professional approach. Many car sales people could take lessons from Elvin on how to sell. If his boss is reading this, please give this man a raise. Thank you Elvin. More
