From the test drive with Phil to Joe really working to get me what I wanted, to even the finance/ warranty talk (which I'm not a fan of ever) with Jose. I felt Joe really worked for me. He was patient and knowledgeable and more importantly, he LISTENED. I felt confident with my decision and people and environment in this dealership had a lot to do with it. Great Transaction In order to have a A-1 dealer, you have to have A-1 people. This dealership has that. We felt the comfort from the time we walked in there. We decided on the Impreza. Most dealers would have you come back to pick up your care a couple days later. They had it ready in a hour. The staff here not only is super friendly, but super quick also. I would surely recommend this dealer to anyone. As another customer quoted "Professional yet personal care"; This is so true. p.s. He went over and above to make the process as painless as possible. Miles Shapiro was our sales rep last time and he could not have been better. He was such a star that I would have worked with Miles this time again except that he is now a manager, which makes total sense. That said, Jason rose to the challenge of filling Miles's shoes and really did a fabulous job. Jose Marin in finance was also fantastic; he made the most challenging part of the process smooth and easy. This is the fourth Subaru Forester we have bought (or leased) from Garavel, and I am very sure it won't be the last. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thank you! More
