The test drive enabled us to see all types of driving conditions from city to highway. When picking up our new car, he explained all the mechanics and even downloaded my phone and music for me! I know he will always be willing to have us contact him for any future help. Upon delivery having the explanation of payment options for warranty plans delivered by another employee makes the payment process far more agreeable. Jose Marin's sales approach was direct, thorough, yet gracious with our plan decisions. The entire experience at this Subaru Dealership is a perfect 10! More

We test drove the car, got information, and most importantly did not feel pressured about buying the car. Our finance cordinator, Jose, was amazing too. We showed up just before closing on a Tuesday and he showed us around to a few cars before setting up an appointment for the next morning. When we went back I was being very capricious with the different cars and Eddy was willing to tell us all about all the cars I was showing interest in. The Forester was definitely at the top of our budget, but Eddy and his manager made us feel really good about purchasing this car, as compared to the other options in our budget range. When we made it into the financing office the guy who helped me, Jose, was super friendly and got me the best internet rate he could find. I am SO excited to have this car for a very long time and I am very excited to be a new Subaru owner! More

Phantom Owner of Norwalk Dealership, Paul Garavel I wrote Subarau of America CEO and Paul Garavel over 2 weeks ago (8/22/16) about a problem with the rear door of my 2016 leased Outback. After several I wrote Subarau of America CEO and Paul Garavel over 2 weeks ago (8/22/16) about a problem with the rear door of my 2016 leased Outback. After several visits to Norwalk service center, I was told that I had to take it to a body shop. I refuse to pay for a defective automobile. I am not responsible for the rear door not being aligned. I did not create the problem. Any rust in the rear cargo area after years of water leakage will be Subaru's problem. I am putting Subaru on notice. I am extremely disappointed in the dealership and the dealership owner, Paul Garavel. More
