Decided it was time my wife upgraded from her Impreza to a Forester as well. We were happy to deal with Bob Fuchs again. He did his best to guide my decision and help expedite the sale and the trade in. We came back a few hours later and picked up her new car. She is very happy with the car and the experience. Great Transaction In order to have a A-1 dealer, you have to have A-1 people. This dealership has that. We felt the comfort from the time we walked in there. We worked mainly with Jason Witkowsky, and then Miles Shapiro assisted. Later met with Tom Nerreau. What a great team. They all had the answers to all our questions, and concerns. We decided on the Impreza. Most dealers would have you come back to pick up your care a couple days later. They had it ready in a hour. The staff here not only is super friendly, but super quick also. I would surely recommend this dealer to anyone. As another customer quoted "Professional yet personal care"; This is so true. p.s. Yet again, I had a terrific experience with Garavel Subaru, particularly with our sales rep this time, Jason Witkowsky. Jason is knowledgeable, friendly, and generous with his time. Really great! He went over and above to make the process as painless as possible. Miles Shapiro was our sales rep last time and he could not have been better. He was such a star that I would have worked with Miles this time again except that he is now a manager, which makes total sense. That said, Jason rose to the challenge of filling Miles's shoes and really did a fabulous job. Jose Marin in finance was also fantastic; he made the most challenging part of the process smooth and easy. This is the fourth Subaru Forester we have bought (or leased) from Garavel, and I am very sure it won't be the last. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thank you! More
