Great Experience at Garavel Jason, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He seemed to be able to answer just about every question I had about the Outback. Jason, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He seemed to be able to answer just about every question I had about the Outback. If there were one or two questions he couldn't answer, he was quick to find it. And best of all, I did not feel pressured by him at all. I highly recommend Jason and will recommend him when I have friends or family shopping for a Subaru. He receives 5 stars from this customer, and my rating of the price of the car below in no way reflects on him. When I met with Tom, I didn't realize that it would be for the purpose of selling me add-ons. I wish that dealerships would just give the bottom line of a product, and not create a situation where the customer is ready to walk away, and the dealership then offers a better deal. Having said that, Tom was great to work with, and as far as I could tell, disclosed everything I needed to know about the items purchased. More
