Lou was very patient with my financing application and made the paperwork very easy. The price was more than fair and I felt like I received a good value for my money. I have yet to have any service done so I am refraining from rating that aspect. Overall, I would recommend this dealership. It is evident that they respect their customers and take pride in the cars that they offer. More
I pre-ordered a new BRZ through Georgetown and everything was going fairly well. They didn't get the color I wanted in but I was happy with the alternative and both Miles and Cristian were plenty nice and re was going fairly well. I put down a deposit, signed a PO for MSRP+TTR. After more than a month of waiting (car hadn't come out yet when I ordered), I was finally told that it was going to come in that weekend. The weekend went by and no word. Finally on Wednesday, I was told that my car would be coming in that friday.... and they were going to add on $700+ in environmental charges, vin etching, and other pure-profit services to my car. When I complained, I was told that all the other dealers around are charging thousands above MSRP for this car, which made it necessary. I immediately contacted two dealers within 20 minutes of them who had the same car (in stock) at MSRP with no additional fees. I called and gave them one last chance, but they decided that the $700 was more valuable to them than the business of my family (who has previously bought a car there) and my negative reviews. The owner and manager who set the pricing exploited a loophole to be able to tell me that I was getting MSRP and slimily added charges right before delivery, knocking a month I could have been looking for the exact color I wanted. I hope that tiny bit of profit was worth it. More

He also went out of his way to follow me all the way out to the middle of Newtown to shuffle my old car for the new one. Greg Williams was my sales person. He was unbelievably helpful and really did his best to sell me the car at a price I could afford. Lou wasn't very friendly (a little rude) at first but seemed to relax a helpful and really did his best to sell me the car at a price I could afford. I am a nervous nellie when it came to buying a car. I had no idea what I was doing or the process and I started by emailing Dyalan Maidenberg and asking a million questions. He was great his response time was amazing and he made the entire process seem like a walk in the park. Then Alan Day was the salesman that helped me. They communicate really well at that dealership and Alan knew exactly what I was looking for becauase of my conversations with Dylan. I went to the dealership and wouldnt you know it.. they had the 2012 Subaru Legacy in ruby red which was exactly what I wanted. Financing, money down, paperwork was all very easy and I was walked through it and two days I had my car.. and it is beautiful and I love it. I could not have asked for a better experience.. Georgetown Subaru is the best dealership they make the process so easy and really do care about you as a person and that you get what you want.. they do not try to bully you to get something you dont want. They listen to you and get you everything they want. More
