I was in for my 30K service and Steve worked on my car. The Subaru hadn't driven as well since I first got it. I never want anyone else to touch my car again. No problem. Arrived early for my appointment my car was taken in right away. Chris was great with the check-in. I told him what tire I thought was the problem. He told me that they'd check all of them. About an hour later the car was ready to go (tires were fine and it got it's 7000 mi service). Price was reasonable too. Would happen to deal with Chris again. Thanks! More

I did run into a bit of a transactional snag when I went to pickup the car, but Mark (the Business Manager) did some quick work to iron things out (nicely done). I was soon out the door in my new Impreza. It's worth noting that I ended up at Subaru of Georgetown at the 11th hour. I had negotiated a price with a local Toyota dealer and was literally ready to put the hammer down. Consumer Reports landed on my desk last week and felt compelled to at least give Subaru a last look. Bottom line, for me Subaru offered a better overall value. Hate shopping for cars, but I didn't feel pressured here, and believe that price/value was competitive. More
The whole process was easy, especially for buying a car. I was able to get answers, test out a model, give it some thought, and return without any of the pushiness I hate with car buying.
