I came to the dealership after speaking with him on the phone and checked out a 2014 outback. Unfortunately, it was a little more than I had budgeted and was disappointed. However, Eddy called me back a little later with news of another outback that had just been turned in and if I could wait for it to be checked out etc then he was sure he could get it priced right for me! Today, I drove home a very happy camper! I give Eddy a five star rating. Also, I would highly recommend not only Eddy but the entire crew at the preowned sales office.
