On a personal note, as a professional editorial auto photographer being extremely meticulous is mandatory. As we sat in each vehicle Bryan explained everything in detail and laymans terms on what each vehicle offered and pros and cons based on our needs. His politeness, humor and knowledge of not only Subaru, but other makes and models as well was a huge comfort for us. From start to finish Bryan walked us through each step and later that day we drove off the lot with our new Subaru Crosstrek. An amazing experience and would highly recommend. More

However, sometimes you come across reviews that are actually good and tell you how superb that place is, and that is exactly why I am writing this. I have been leasing and owning Subaru's for over ten years now. When I did my first lease on a Subaru Imprezza, I can't even remember the year, but it was a long time ago. I went there alone, and being a young female at the time, I was initially worried that I wouldn't feel comfortable or would be made an offer that wouldn't be fair or accurate based on my lack of knowledge. All I can say is that was the complete opposite of what happened. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful in guiding me to lease my first car. And I have been going back to Garavel Subaru in Norwalk, Ct. Ever since. This is my third lease and I am now moving up to a Legacy. Not only was I given a great car but also a safe one with a lot of extra perks that an Imprezza doesn't have. I initially had reservations afterwards and was worried I wouldn't get used to the size of the car and was even convinced that there was something wrong with the wheels. Not only did Bob (the awesome sales employee who helped me throughout the entire lease signing) drive the car with me to make sure it was in fact safe to drive, but Miles one of the managers who I have known for quite a long time also drove it and assured me it was safe. They were so helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I can honestly say I always feel extremely comfortable when I am there, and Lulu the adorable Mastiff who is the store mascot makes you automatically happy. It's a great dealership, filled with awesome people, and acceptional cars. I highly recommend them! More
