I purchased my WRX at this dealership. The purchase did not go well as the price was raised and then lowered, however, they did charge me for a spoiler which was not on the car. This was subsequently refunded, but took several weeks. On the service side, I brought the car in for a noise issue, which was not resolved. When I complained & wrote a negative review, the owner, Paul Garavel banned me from the dealership & refused to provide further service. Fortunately, other Subaru dealers were more than willing to service my vehicle & IMO have greater technical competence than Garavel Subaru. More

I have copies of the pictures if you would like them to show people. God and the Subaru she was driving kept her safe. Then she bought a Subaru Legacy in 2009 after that happened. She was hit by an unlicensed driver in Stamford, CT and the car received a bit of damage. Fortunately she was kept safe. She had some other incidents with the car and was kept safe. She wanted to trade the Subaru Legacy in for a larger car and had had trouble with the legacy. She is a single Mom of a two year old who is working and going to college to become a nurse. Mike Simeone and Miles Shapiro helped to make it possible for her to get the larger car that she needed. They worked with us to make it happen. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them. She picked up her used Subaru Outback on Friday, November 2, 2012 and is very happy. Thank you Mike Simeone and Miles Shapiro. Pat - Her Mom More

Danny Oller couldn't have been more helpful, from empathizing with our sudden loss of our Saab and unexpected need to buy a new car, to dealing with our insurance company USAA, to explaining the adva empathizing with our sudden loss of our Saab and unexpected need to buy a new car, to dealing with our insurance company USAA, to explaining the advantages of the Subaru Outback and familiarizing us with all its options, test driving, etc. Good at explaining various price options - though we didn't really understand about the USAA discount. Excellent at sitting in the car and explaining how all the dials and buttons work, programming the Blue Tooth phone system, etc. Very supportive and friendly about offering advice and help at any time in the future, giving us his cell phone as well as office number. Danny has a good straight-forward professional manner, knows his cars thoroughly. We liked the other people we dealt with as well and also your show room offices. More

In March 2012, I traveled to Connecticut from NJ to purchase a new white WRX hatchbach due to difficulty finding one, which I am incredibly content with. I opted to pay more to have the 4 year registra purchase a new white WRX hatchbach due to difficulty finding one, which I am incredibly content with. I opted to pay more to have the 4 year registration taken care of which is the standard practice in NJ when dealing with the DMV. I returned to NJ with the car, to realize that they just transferred my old car plates to the new Subaru. These plates expired in June 2012 and then I had to go to the DMV, pay extra to get my new registration which is only a 1 year registration. This was supposed to be taken care of by the dealership. Asking the DMV about it, they told me I would have to contact the dealership, who probably just took the extra fee and pocketed it. I still have to renew my registration every year. While the buying experience was typical, the customer service given after the car was off the lot was atrocious. Every time I emailed both the salesman and the GM and received a response telling me they would look into it and contact me, which never happened. This dealership inst a bad place to buy a car, just don't expect much more after they have the sale. More
