My salesperson, Gary Baumann, figured out what I had paid 3 years ago and produced a better deal for me. The car was exactly what I was expecting. The paperwork was seamless and smooth and took far less time than at other Subaru dealerships I have dealt with in the area. And there was virtually none of the selling of added plans and services and packages that confuse you and slow the process down. I have been a Garavel customer for as long as I can remember. They have provided friendly, knowledgeable and respectful service every step of the way (although I've never had any problems with a Subaru, and this is my fourth). Above it all though, Gary stands out. Always friendly. Always helpful. And always respectful and supportive, no matter how dumb my question or request may be. And he went out of his way to get me a good deal. I'm moving out of state soon. But in three years, I'm coming back to Garavel to get my next Subaru.
