I was already overwhelmed by the research of looking for a car and I definit My brother suggested and insisted that I go to Garavel to speak to Corey. I was already overwhelmed by the research of looking for a car and I definitely not looking forward to dealing with car salesman. But my brother left me in great hands. I've been to other dealers/brands and my experience at Garavel was definitely THE BEST of all. Corey listened and most importantly was not aggressive with the sale. Even when he was not available, he left me in good hands with a colleague. I was already sold on the brand because of its reputation but sometimes a bad shopping experience could ruin it all. Not at Garavel. Grateful for the experience and SUPER HAPPY with my Impreza. Oh, and I think the thank you card sent a couple days after I picked up my card really confirmed the fact that I made the right choice. Writing and sending a thank you card is first-class etiquette.
