After I lost out on a vehicle I was thinking about, Elvin sent me a whole list of others to consider (again, with my budget and preferences is mind). I was able to research them ahead of time and then come in and test drive what I really wanted. Elvin is 100% A+. Jose was fantastic and not pushy at all when considering extra warranty plans. He was very clear about what was and wasn't covered. He answered all of my questions clearly and directly. Everyone was super friendly and like I said, not pushy AT ALL. Which I really appreciated. Subaru's sell themselves for the most part, so it was nice to be able to purchase a car in a relaxed environment and not feel like I was getting pushed into the wrong fit just so they could make a sale. Gary took the time to make sure the vehicle I selected included everything I was looking for, then took the time at the end to make sure I knew how to operate the bluetooth, satellite radio, and safety features. Tom was very patient to explain all of the service and warranty details with me and guided me in the direction of protecting my investment. Overall this was a stress-free honest transaction and I walked out of there with the car I wanted for the right price, with confidence. I will purchase my next Subaru at this dealership. More
