It is never our intention to mislead customers, but it looks like what Jessica thought was a car in relatively good condition (considering the age and mileage) did not meet your standards. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and we will make sure to set the correct expectations of every car listed online. We always try to update the perspective and quality of our photos to give the best view of the actual vehicle. Typically the best way to fix something like this is to offer a better price. Our cars are priced according to the market - which means that we look at condition and consumer demand for a product before we price it. Because we price to market and not above "cost" we are able to beat most of our competitors prices, but this also means that deeply discounted cars are discounted for a reason - we try to be very transparent about this and disclose any issues with a car.
