beware the one star it is not enough to described my hatred for galpin ford, in jan 5th, 2022 i received a letter recall from ford that i have to take my 2019 f350 lariat that i paid $82,000 in cash, t hatred for galpin ford, in jan 5th, 2022 i received a letter recall from ford that i have to take my 2019 f350 lariat that i paid $82,000 in cash, to any dealer to update software that is not working properly, i made an appointment with galpin ford and i left my truck on jan 10, 2022, i will not mention name of my service representative because i know him and his family for about 21 years (they are my neighbors) they told me that my truck will be ready in a couple of days. on jan 18, 2022 i received a call from a person that i know and works in galpin ford and told me that my truck has been in an accident i must be aware. after that date i have been calling galpin ford service on wednesday (they said they would call me back- no call), thursday (they will call me back - not call), friday (they insist that they will call me back - not call) on saturday i was mad and around 3pm i start calling them, was not easy after they cut my call 4 times, finally they connected me with my only contact on galpin ford and he told me that the only manager on service name patrick was sick and legally they can not discuss anything with me. on monday jan 24, 2022 around 3pm after work, i went to galpin ford and after talking to many people they sent me to see my truck and their location on raymer st, short drive and soon arrive they do not allow me to go inside , i ask for a manager and aleluya!!!! mr patrick the sick boy was working, he told me that they are waiting to see if their insurance will pay or i have to do a claim with my insurance. stupid, ignorant and useless patrick made me feel that he was doing me a favor, i took a few pictures of the damaged truck and left. for the last 2 years we are not going out much, i own another f350 and other cars, my f350 lariat truck was like new, spotless like if you got it out of the dealer today. this people from galpin ford they treat me like garbage, they destroyed my property and they do not have the courage to call me and let me know what happened with my truck. remember this!!!!!!!! if you want to be treated like garbage galpin ford will be your dealer of choice ( i bougth my first dually truck on galpin on 2006, f150 on 2007, f250 2011 etc etc and this is the treatment i get ) to be continued............. More
