He was accessible to me and easy to communicate with about the progress of my order while I waited 6 1/2 months for my Mach-E order to arrive. Once the vehicle arrived at Galpin, Matthew had most of the paperwork prepared before I arrived at the dealership. I was able to work with Matthew directly during the whole paperwork process at the dealership (no needless exposure to some finance guy in the back) and then Matthew spent time with me making sure that I understood the key features of the car before I left the dealership.
