Had An Appointment to fix my Window Regulator because my window was not going up. I was Assisted By Valerie and she was able to get that replaced for me at a slightly discounted price! My escape had an check engine light on and came late in the afternoon worried I would be turned away. The greeter was able to get me an advisor and she even stayed after 6 to assist me. Being a woman coming into the service department it is a bit intimidating but being serviced by another woman made me feel at ease. Sh and efficient.
