I searched high and low for exactly the right car for me. I knew what I want and how much I wanted to pay. I happened to stumble upon a car I really wanted and William made it happen. I was in touch with Irene first, who was so thoughtful and kind. She had a couple of qualifying questions for me, just to make sure I was ready and comfortable to move on to the next step. She introduced me to William and needless to say, I was the proud owner of a used vehicle the very next day. The entire process took about 24 hours and William treated me with care. True to his word, William had all the paperwork ready to sign when I came in. I was at the dealership for about an hour. He heard my concerns and solved each one. I never felt like I was about to get bamboozled, which is so often the case in the car-buying process. Even when I had a small issue with the vehicle after purchase, he hurried to rectify and solve the issue immediately. Experiences like this give car dealerships a GOOD name.
