Real is the absolute man! In a sea of salespeople who don’t seem genuine, caring, or helpful - this man rises to the top. I had done a lot of research and communicated with lots of dealerships in LA and no one compared with Real. He checked in almost daily and yet, never seemed too pushy. Communication was always prompt (don’t know how he does it). He would send videos, was always happy to hop on a call, and was always on the hunt to help me find my dream car. Shopping for cars can be very stressful and he made the whole process seem relaxed and was always very respectful. Sadly I was set on a specific color that Galpin didn’t have in the trim falling in my price point. I had to make the hard decision to go elsewhere, but Reals time working with me was not lost. My new goal is to get my credit score up and come see him in a year (or maybe less) to upgrade to the Bronco two door. Keep up the good work and thanks for all of your help! More
