I made a call to Bob Ware around 4:00 in the afternoon, asking about some used minivans...he said to bring our car down to get an appraisal and that we could start there. Once we arrived, Bob showed us the vans that matched our criteria, and he had the one we liked pulled up to test drive while our car was being appraised. The rest of he process went equally as smooth. Everyone we dealt with from the salesman who greeted us when we arrived to the finance office at the end of the deal, were absolutely professional, kind and low pressure. It was the smoothest car purchase we've ever had. I would recommend Bob Ware in sales and Galpin as a whole...they live up to all the radio commercials I've heard for years! More
