One hour after I left the dealer Mr. David Choi the Sales Manager called to let me know that deal was off and that was it. So I call them back and explain to them that I cannot take back a gift that I just gave to my wife. Mr. David Choi did not offer any options but to call the deal off. Next day on Sunday the 7th my brother-in-law and I went to see Mr. David Choi in his office to try to see what realy happend. After few minutes of talking very respectfully to Mr. David Choi, he simply kicked us out of his office. So I went ahead and file a lawsuite against the owner Mr. Herbert F Boeckmann II and his dealership Galpin Motors, Inc. I am also going to file a complain against the dealer with DMV Investigator, BBB, and Federal Trade Commission. Now, before I was going to do all this I did let them know of my actions and they simply told me off. This company must learn a good lesson, please beware. More
I've only had one bad experience at Galpin service dept. That was with a guy who's no longer there, I now see why he's gone. I didn't buy my car from Galpin, but the way I was taken care of, you wouldn't know it. I had a warranty issue that one service writer told me FORD wouldn't fix. I left po'd, I went back a few months later long after my warranty had expired. I told them what had transpired with the first service writer. I explained the situation, and Jermaine Nixon took my car and got the problem fixed for a very minor co-pay on my part. Galpin saved me money, and made me love my car again. Next time I want a new car I'll be going to Galpin for sure! More
It took far to long to complete the deal but with Home Depot x-Plan pricing we got our truck at 1% below dealer invoice and they gave us more for our trade than any other dealer. I built my perfect Mustang on the Galpin Ford website and submitted my request for a quote. An internet sales manager emailed me with a quote for this car and said he had pre-selected several models that mat submitted my request for a quote. When I arrived for my appointment, I was introduced to another sales manager who took me into a lot the size of a football field and asked me to "just pick one". He had no knowledge of any preselected vehicles or the specifics of what I was looking for. When I asked if I could have a car built from the factory with my preferences, I was handed over to another sales manager who strongly persisted on selling me a car from their inventory. A couple days later, he called to say he located a vehicle with similar features to what I wanted, and offered a "very special deal" that was well over full MSRP than if we ordered a car from the factory. They also offered about half the KBB value for my trade in. I did not accept the deal. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, I felt deceived and pressured. Buyer Beware! More

Went there to try to close a deal on a car. I have less than perfect credit so I was told to come back with a co-signer. I got the co-signer with a 780 fico score. I still couldn't get approved. They wanted my co-signer to be the primary borrower and leave me out of the loan. They also refused to show me how much they would give for my trade-in. All there claims of wanting your trade-in and your past is past and we'll help you not be upside down on your loans are lies. They have misleading ads on radio and on their websites. This is my honest opinion, please beware of this dealership. More
Sounds like other reviewers are over-reacting... The Mustang GT with a manual trans is very difficult to find right now, and most dealerships are charging $3,000 to $5,000 over msrp. Not only did I get mine for MSRP, my salesperson drove out to Riverside to personally pick up the car to be sure I got it. They even cut me a deal for additional accessories at my request. The experience was absolutely flawless. My salesperson was Leonard Domka. Great guy who went the extra mile for me. More
