They were fair in the negotiation process. Curtis exhibited great professionalism and courtesy. He was not pushy and was very honest with me. Further, he is very educated when it comes to the product he sells. This quality often times is missing from salesman these days. I would recommend Curtis and Galpin to any of my friends in the Fresno area. Great job!!!! More
I went to Galpin in search of a new work truck. My 2007 Explorer was getting up in mileage, and the new Explorer didn't seem to be as off rad worthy as the '07. It seemed that there were no trucks matching or even close to what I was looking for option-wise so our only alternative was to order. However, due to a delay that worked in our favor, Terry was able to locate a truck closely matching what I needed and arranged to obtain it with a dealer trade. GAS was able to add the features I wanted after receiving the truck and made it perfect! More
My car purchase was my first one in 14 years, primarily because my old car was a second car for the family and rarely used. In prior purchases I wasn't always sure I got as good a deal as the salespersons wanted me to believe. (None of those were Ford vehicles, by the way!) Things were quite different this time. We felt that we were given the white glove treatment. Mr. Guerrero had taken the time to prepare what he was told I would be looking for, awaited us in front of the agency on an extremely busy day there, and I cannot think of anything that could have been better. Everybody we met with was exceedingly courteous and welcoming, and since my purchase I have had follow-up phone calls and messages that make me realize that Ford Motor Company cares about their customers. My grandson, Nick Coronado, an LAPD Officer and an enthusiastic Galpin customer, had recommended Galpin Ford, so perhaps we were lucky in benefiting from his good relationship with the agency, but during the day we were there (for several hours) I observed many interactions that gave me the feeling you are really interested in all your customers. I will not hesitate to recommend your agency and especially Mr. Guerrero. And, by the way, thank you for the delicious dinner we enjoyed! What a caring gesture, and I have never heard of anybody being treated with this much consideration in these circumstances. More
went in looking for a mustang gt, saw the one I wanted and shane went with me for a test drive. I have bought new cars in the past and other dealerships ive been to made it feel like I was buying a house with all the redundant nonsence, NOT at galpin. these guys definitely know the routine, and made my buying experience easy and best of all they took the time with me and were not pushy. I have found my new dealership! would recommend to any one in the market for a new or used car. More

Today, I came in to get "Sophie" ,my 2012 Focus, serviced for her regular maintenance and ended up trading her in for a 2014 Focus SE hatchback! Ask for Patrick Wellman and Jim Mellon -- they really make the car leasing experience a positive one. Patrick was able to find an upgraded car that fit within my budget while Jim showed me my options at the inventory lot. With a couple of signatures I traded Sophie in for the new gal (still have yet to come up with a name for her!). I'm sad to part ways with Sophie since she was my first brand new car, but she served me well. Now on to bigger, better things with the SE hatchback! But in all seriousness, the customer service at Galpin always exceeds my expectations and I never expect less. Be it from their service department, to leasing and even financing (shout out to Carlos!) these folks are here to get you the best car YOUR money can afford. More

I had been wanting to purchase vehicle for a couple of months and couldn't decide what to buy, since my budget was only $15,000. I stopped by Keyes Mission Hills Hundai on Sepulveda and Chatsworth. I was months and couldn't decide what to buy, since my budget was only $15,000. I stopped by Keyes Mission Hills Hundai on Sepulveda and Chatsworth. I was looking at a 2012 Nissan Altima for $13,999. The guys at that dealership were doing anything they could to push that vehicle off the lot and said they could beat the deal that my credit union was offering (5.7%, 0 down payment, 5yrs, and an overall total of $17,300). They, were trying to sell me the car at $17,389 with 10.34% for 5 yrs for an overall cost of $24,000. WHERE ARE THEY BEATING THE DEAL??? So i went over to Galpin Ford on Sepulveda and Roscoe where I was greeted with Sales Representative REBECCA BUCAYONG, who found a vehicle for me and stayed withing the $15,000 budget. At first she didn't have a vehicle within my price range but either later that day or the following she called me and said they had a 2012 Toyota Corolla LE for $15,000 out the door. I thought she was kidding. She was not! I went in and after an hour or so she had all the paperwork ready to be signed and dated. I was then turned to FERNANDO BOLANOS a finance manger at Galpin Ford who printed up the contract with all the numbers and didn't try to sell a lot of stuff i didn't want or care for ... I went in with a budget and list of I was looking for and I drove out with an affordable, reliable and gas saving vehicle. This experience was incredible, if only car buying would this easy everywhere. A MILLION THANKS TO REBECCA BUCAYONG AND FERNANDO BOLANOS AND THE GALPIN FORD TEAM AT GALPIN ON SEPULVEDA AND ROSCOE. ... if you need car, check them out, they may have what your looking for! More

Mike Knerr was honest, knowledgeable and helpful. We feel confident that going forward we will not only get the price we want but that we will be looked after going forward. After three other dealerships, there was a stark difference in the professionalism and cars in stock that we saw at Galpin. Can't wait to go back, find Mike and get my new car! More
