I just had the most disappointing experience with Galpin Ford, accusing me for lying to their service person and charging me for diagnostics which I already knew the results of. I brought in my car and told Ford, accusing me for lying to their service person and charging me for diagnostics which I already knew the results of. I brought in my car and told them I had a problem with caliper 4 misfire and low compression on nr. 2. I asked how much it's going to cost me to find out what is causing this and what it's going to take to fix it. After 2 days, they call me and tell me that I have a problem with caliper 4 misfire and low compression on nr. 2 and that I never told them about this so they need to charge an additional $800 to do further diagnostics. When I brought the car on Saturday, I very specifically said: "I will not pay you to tell me what I already know. Please tell me what the cause is and how to fix it". Service person Sam agreed. Firstly, they agreed that I told them this when I brought the car in. Later, they told me I never said this. Now, they are lying that I said this, but few days later, after the "inspection" has been done. Now, their reasoning is "You should have read the small letters". Basically laughing in my face I got tricked. Never will do business with them again. Horrible service. Very disappointing for Ford and who Ford is doing business with.. More

Hi, my name is Jarreth Seyssel and I went to Galpin used cars to get my first car from a dealership for me and my wife. We were referred by our friend Shane Robertson to come in. We dont have the best credit but we had some money saved up and wanted to build our credit so we decided to get a car. We told him we couldnt decide between two specific cars. so when we got there he had both pulled up next to each other with all the doors hood trunk hatches open with the seats folded down. he explained all the features and differences between the two which really helped our decision making process. he drove us in both and let us decide. we made our pick, he showed us some numbers that made us happy and were shortly on our way! We love our new Mazda 3 from Galpin! Go see Shane, he is awesome! More

We did our research and then went to Galpin Ford knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase and at what price. Salesperson David Rogers meet us and immediately went to work trying to meet our needs. First he located vehicles of our choice and then began working the price. Usually this is where, in the past, we have had to walk away. His diligence in working the numbers, rebates, etc. got us to our price. We walked in at noon and by 5pm we were driving away with our new vehicle. Best experience to date in car buying. Mr. Rogers restored our faith both in Galpin Ford and car salespeople in general. Will recommend him to friends and family. We will also contact him for the purchase of our next vehicle. More
