While I've only had my car for 2 days and I can't speak to the longevity of quality post-sale, I can tell you that my experience at Galpin was great. They did their best to accommodate my budget and speak to the longevity of quality post-sale, I can tell you that my experience at Galpin was great. They did their best to accommodate my budget and kept my first car buying experience pretty low pressure (as low pressure as you can be at a car dealership I guess). I honestly have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff and at the end of the day when I asked Allan, "Look, if you were my Dad - would you let me buy this car?" I didn't hesitate to believe his answer and ended up buying that night. Great guy all around, and I believe he is new to the team so if you're there make sure you try and find him. My only advice, and this has nothing to do with Galpin, is that if you're going to a dealership of this size you should DEFINITELY do your homework before you get there because otherwise the friendliness of the staff combined with the range of selection might result in you driving off the lot with something you didn't want. If anything, I think that speaks to the staff's outstanding customer service than their "salesmanship" persay. Just a heads up. More
