We had a great experience at Galpin Ford. The amount of inventory they had on hand was unbelievable. Gary Tonoyan, our salesman, was top notch from beginning to end. My fiance and I felt really comfortable inventory they had on hand was unbelievable. Gary Tonoyan, our salesman, was top notch from beginning to end. My fiance and I felt really comfortable with him and felt we could trust him to guide us through the process of buying a new truck. Both of us commented at the end on how it felt more like we were hanging out with a friend than a car salesman. We were never pressured into anything and Gary worked patiently with us until we got the truck we wanted at the price we wanted. We ordered lunch at the restaurant while we were waiting to go into financing, but we were called in before our order was up. Gary even went so far as to buy our lunch for us and bring it into the finance office. As a business owner myself, I realize that it's the little things that can make a huge difference in the customer experience, and Gary went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He just called last night to make sure everything was going well with our new truck, and reiterated that we should call him ANYTIME for ANY REASON if we need ANYTHING - on his personal cell phone! We absolutely love our new truck and thanks to Gary's outstanding level of service we will definitely be going back to Galpin for our next car. More

Went to Galpin Ford mostly because they had the largest selection of the car I was interested in (Fiesta ST). Jack Wallace was the salesman who helped me. Jack understood that I needed a couple of days to do my research before I was comfortable making an offer. I can't recommend Jack Wallace enough based on my wonderful experience. Blake Johnson was the gentleman who I negotiated the price of the car with. Naturally Blake is looking out for the interests of the dealership first and foremost, but our negotiations were friendly and amicable. I feel I got a reasonable price for the car and my trade-in. I would not hesitate doing business with Blake again as his manner is reflective of a true professional. More
