WOW! I was very suprised , they really took care of me!!! I was looking for a very sepecific 2014 FORD ESCAPE SE / 4WD with tow package, I did get some good quotes from San Diego County Ford Dealers ; but the I was looking for a very sepecific 2014 FORD ESCAPE SE / 4WD with tow package, I did get some good quotes from San Diego County Ford Dealers ; but the did not have "my" vehicle in their inventory. I searched on-line and found GALPIN FORD in North Hills whom had multiple 4WD's with tow package in their inventory , set up a TEST Drive and drove up from Carlsbad ; everything went very smooth from there no haggling or tension I got the deal I was looking for !! Most importantly I felt as if everyone was working for my business! More

More than that, it’s what he didn’t do that made the difference.
