Honestly I was going to buy at Sunrise Ford and I had come to get a quote so as to bring it back to Sunrise and say here, beat this... however Jack Wallace (the salesman we worked with) not only convinced us to buy at Galpin, he has convinced us to buy all our cars and trucks here. Seriously good salesman but most importantly caring and pays attention to what we were saying ...besides buying all my company vehicles here from now on my wife and family members are going to buy here... especially when they heard all that went on and how everything ended up. Best car buying experience to date I always dread buying or leasing a vehicle. Unfortunately the time had come and I had to bite the bullet. Galpin was having their black friday sale so I always dread buying or leasing a vehicle. Unfortunately the time had come and I had to bite the bullet. Galpin was having their black friday sale so I decided to give them a shot. I really wanted a new f150. I applied for credit online and was told I couldn't be approved without talking t someone at Galpin. Here it goes I thought. Friday Tara from Galpin called me and to confirm some information on my application. She assured me there'd be no issue getting me into the vehicle I wanted. Again, I wasn't convinced because of past experiences elsewhere. I went in before 10am to potentially get the ext a $500 cert if by some chance I made a deal that day. Tara was with a customer so she had her associate Jack help me. I aways tell sales people how past dealer experiences have been and put it on them to change my opinion of their profession. Jack was unfazed and said I was in good hands at Galpin. I rolled my eyes behind his back. I told Jack I had one hour to spare and had to get back to work. He knew which vehicle I wanted and flew into action to get me to it. I drove it. Loved it. I told him he had once chance to write me a deal or I was walking. No games not xx. He smiled and said "We don't do that here. Lets see what we can do. He was referring to the games and xx. He presented me with a couple options for the lease I wanted. With the incentives and the extra discount he was close to where I wanted to be, but not close enough. I started to leave and he asked me to give him 5 more minutes. I did and he once again went and twisted some arms. He came back less than 5 minutes later with an even better deal. He couldn't get me the vehicle I'd driven for what I wanted but there was another one that had the options I wanted that was in my price range. I looked it over but still I wasn't sold so I left. Jack was extremely courteous and said he understood. He didn't play any games and was very upfront. He said he'd try to get to the manager later that day and see if they could do anything else for me. I never looked at the second vehicle because I was in a hurry. A hour later he called me and said he'd just talked to the general manager and was told he get me the second truck for what I wanted to spend. I went back and signed the paperwork. Everything seemed great. No hitches. No nonsense. Jack and the guys in finance didn't try to hard sell me on anything. Jack was like a friend trying to help me get what I needed. Everyone at Galpin I dealt with wanted to help. There was no pressure at all. I've never experienced anything like it at a dealer. As I signed the last document Jack came into finance with a white face, whiter than normal anyway. He said they'd made a mistake. The vehicle they'd sold me was the wrong vehicle - a super cab not the super crew cab. It had been entered into inventory wrong when delivered to the dealer. Before I could get angry he said it was going to work out even better for me. The vehicle I wanted was actually a lot more expensive and they were going to give it to me for the same price as they'd agreed to previously. They tore up the paperwork and wrote the new deal for the correct truck, which we all verified this time. None of the numbers on my contract changed. It was their mistake and they owned it without hesitation. They even offered to buy me lunch while they sorted it out. I was happy with them before this happened, but seeing them throw themselves on a very expensive grenade for me really sold me on them. Their primary concern was that I was a happy customer. Never once did they complain about eating a large sum or money or it inconveniencing them. Never once did they make me feel like i was just a number to them. When I said no they didn't stop caring and trying and in the process I never felt like I was being pushed or managed. I can't recommend Galpin enough and will definitely do business with them again. More

I made the mistake of purchasing another Ford from my local dealership in 2012 and got poor service and a poor deal. I went back to Galpin to see if my first purchase was a fluke or if they were just as good as I remembered. I learned about the black friday deals and came out with a brand new 2014 Ford Flex. I love it, It is amazing and the willingness and friendliness that this dealership provides is top notch. I would and will recommend Galpin to everyone. More
