Also, I'd like to say that Valery Teplitsky, the Financial Mgr., was also top-notch and very professional. I will never buy another Ford from any other dealer again. And I will always be part of the Galpin family. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Purchase 2015 Mustang GT on 3/31/15 I have been doing business with Galpin Motors since 2001; having purchased 7 vehicles. Be it sales or the service department, the best word I can desc I have been doing business with Galpin Motors since 2001; having purchased 7 vehicles. Be it sales or the service department, the best word I can describe our experiences with Galpin is Top-Notch! We are creatures of habit and will only do business with companies that not only give us great value but also treat us fair & with respect, even if we get a no for an answer. We come to see the same sales person for every new transaction. Even when that person gets promoted, we still ask for them by name. Galpin exemplifies our values as a consumer and I know we are not alone. On March 30th of this year, my wife finally decided on keeping her promise about purchasing a Mustang for me. I owned 3 previous models, my last one was a 2008 GT that I only owned for 6 months; we had to trade it in for a family car. (We just had a baby) So we called our sales person, Curtis Cressall, to set up an appointment. BTW, I also wanted to mention that Curtis sold me my GT along with our 2007 Ford Edge AWD. This man knows how to treat a customer. As with all our previous sales experience, I was anticipating a smooth purchase. Unfortunately, the sales manager on duty at that time had already made up his mind and unwilling to budge on the price. Furthermore, this person proceeds to talk down to me in front of my wife. The car I wanted was a “hot item” and that he had no problems selling it with a $2k mark-up & no discounts of any kind. I was pretty livid but maintained myself as we left empty handed. We had been there less than 2 hours. As I am driving home, Curtis sends me a text message to apologize. For what I said to myself, it wasn't his fault. I called him immediately; Curtis felt he did not do enough; I told him his sales manager was the problem. Nothing he can do if the guy would not budge not to mention, insulting xxxxxx. I was so angry that I wanted to write a letter but figured it be more waste of our time. Instead, I reached out to Galpin Motors Customer Relations (Daisy) & Social Media Coordinator (Laurel Carden) . Both responses were immediate; Laurel was especially great, she listened to my concerns and rants. Daisy & Laurel offered to pass along my concerns to upper management and asked for my permission if I could be contacted. I said sure why not but wasn't expecting any callback. As far as I was concerned, the damage of this obtrusive wet-behind-the-ears sales manager was done. We were not coming back. All I wanted was for someone to deal with the problem so no other customers go through that. Knowing how Galpin values their well-deserved excellent reputation, I was sure it would be handled appropriately. Our job was done Later that day, we get a call from Mr. Terry Miller…WOW, color me impressed. Not only did he find the time off his busy schedule but to also apologize profusely, he made me feel at ease. He then gave me options on what may work for us. He really appreciated my frank & honest feedback. He told us if we decided to give them another chance, he would make sure we walked away happy with or without a car. I then asked if he can hold the car (I knew they don’t normally do that) and he instructed Curtis to pull the car off the sales lot right there & there. We told him we’d be in early today the 31st. Mr. Miller said he would even meet us @ 8:30am to makes sure all was well. Curtis also made sure he was there. Found out today, he was in office at 7:30am getting the car ready. We got to the dealer bright and early today to finish off the transaction. We got the deal that we wanted with no hassles. Again a HUGE Thank You to Mr. Terry Miller & Galpin Motors! And a special thanks to Curtis, we greatly appreciate you hard work and for caring about us & not just the deal. I hope to send more people to Galpin; keep up the great work!! More
Great car buying experience with Michael Moses My wife and I purchased a new Mustang convertible from Galpin Ford, and we really couldn’t be any happier with our purchase and the experience. Firs My wife and I purchased a new Mustang convertible from Galpin Ford, and we really couldn’t be any happier with our purchase and the experience. First, we love the new Mustang convertible with the Ecoboost engine. The car is responsive and has a great ride. We got the 201A package with the advanced electronics, and we really love all of the voice activation for the Sync system and car controls. I also want to note that Michael Moses and his assistant Austin were great to work with on the purchase. There was a limited quantity of Mustang convertibles available when we were ready to purchase, so Michael ordered a new model from the factory. Michael and Austin kept us informed of the delivery, and the car actually arrived earlier than originally projected. We really love the car and the experience with Michael and Austin at Galpin. More
Car shopping is still fun! I've always been a bit hesitant going car shopping at a dealer and dealing with pushy salesmen, but it was certainly time for me to get a new car so I I've always been a bit hesitant going car shopping at a dealer and dealing with pushy salesmen, but it was certainly time for me to get a new car so I headed to Galpin Ford. Bob Ware came out to help. I told him what I was looking for, the price range I was in, and he took me to the huge selection of Mustangs they have. The next couple hours of car shopping and test driving was a blast. Hunting down the perfect car, test driving, the whole process, Bob Ware was super helpful, never making me feel pressured to do anything outside of what my goals were. Now the part I always dread, the haggling. We headed back to his office, he took some general info down, went to his boss and showed me lots of different leasing and purchasing options. He go me a great price on the car the first time, haggle free. I picked my financing plan, and we finished the deal. From start to finish, Bob actually made car shopping fun, and I drove away in my dream car. TL;DR Bob Ware at Galpin Ford rocks. He made my car shopping experience fun and got me into my dream car hassle free. I will definitely be going back to him for my next ride! More

Lunch, leasing and great customer service! I just spent my Tuesday having lunch at this amazing restaurant (The Horseless Carriage) with my husband. The food was awesome and the people were so friendly. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you I was also leasing a car at the very same time. Who doesn't love having lunch and leasing a car in under 3 hrs!!! Well my husband and I do. We have been doing it at Galpin Motors for over 20 years. We just leased our 15th car from them this week and had the added bonus of dealing with Michael and Josh Moses. Michael has been our goto Salesman for the last 20 years and his son Josh is a very pleasant and knowledgable young man who has a bright future following in his dad's footsteps. Whether you are buying or leasing will find exceptional customer service along with a sales team that is honest, trustworthy and pressure free. So why go anywhere else. Galpin Motors and Michael/Josh Moses are a dream come true. We love and respect them so much that we actually live in walking distance to another Ford Dealer but choose to drive all the way to Galpin Motors because of our favorite sales team and their amazing Customer Service.
