Our salesman, Michael Moses, gave the easiest, smoothest transition at a car dealership, ever. He worked so hard to work with her budget, and get her the car she wanted, even with leather seats. He also got her monthly payments reduced, and made the down payment smaller than I expected. What a pleasant surprise and experience! We will definitely recommend him, and Galpin to all our friends. WHAT I'M I PAYING FOR? SO FRUSTRATING! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If you are leasing a car from Galpin Ford like I did on my Edge. They aren't transparent on how much your SO FRUSTRATING! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If you are leasing a car from Galpin Ford like I did on my Edge. They aren't transparent on how much your interest rate is on a lease when you are negotiating. If you are considering buying or leasing, you are introduced to a sheet of paper that lists your Monthly or Lease payments per month that Galpin generates when you start negotiating. On top of the grid are the words Finance alternatives or Ford Credit Lease options. They are upfront showing you how much your percentage rate is on buying a vechile, but not on a Lease! That shock comes later when you are in the finance department. This lack of info in my opinion is deceiving when trying to decide, BUY or LEASE? I'm new to leasing but I learned the hardway about this. VERY IMPORTANT, ask to see how those $$$ figures are calculated on the monthly payments! What I'm I paying for? On everything you do at GALPIN. Especially on the RENT OF THE VEHICLE, also known as the Money Factor or in the industry, known as the interest on the loan. Line F under monthly payments on my Galpin Lease contract. There are things in there that you may not want to pay for, such as a Lo Jack package which is not needed. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO GALPIN FOR ANYTHING! BEWARE of Salesman RUSSEL COLE! I just noticed that it says in my contract. Regarding Lojack, Exact text: Agreed upon value of LoJack "Lessor agrees to Add to the the Vehicle after signing the Lease I never wanted it added! It was already on the Edge, I didn't want to pay $497.00 for it! More

Galpin ruined another one! DO NOT GO TO GALPIN FORD FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my '13 Edge (bought new less than a year ago) in to have the windshield replaced becaus DO NOT GO TO GALPIN FORD FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my '13 Edge (bought new less than a year ago) in to have the windshield replaced because it had damage when I bought the vehicle. After picking up the vehicle I noticed the headliner was trashed. I'm waiting for a solution from them, but short of them buying it back for what I payed out the door, I really don't see one. Replacement is only going to lead to more problems. I paid good money for an unaduterated vehicle, which I no longer have. I have no intention of paying for a vehicle I no longer want due to dealer carelessness, for another 5 years. I'll update when I find out what they're going to do. This is the second vehicle I've had destroyed by Galpin service. The last time they trashed the dash on my Explorer. They replaced it all right, and cut every wire in the process. When I brought it back to get it fixed they wanted $300 to repair their damage and told me "it's a truck, just be happy it starts". Stay tuned, if they do the right thing I will definitely let it be known........................... They are pawning me off on the windshield company THEY HIRED. I can tell this isn't going to end well Glass company denies any responsibility, said I just didn't notice it in the year I've had my vehicle that I know every inch of. Galpin's move now. Waiting for this very personal form letter next...... We're so disappointed, (insert name here), that you didn't feel we lived up to our standard of excellence. That isn't how we strive to operate and if you're willing we'd like to discuss this further with you. I explained that this is my second time having Galpin destroy a brand new, unadulterated vehicle and nothing short of buying me out for what I paid or replacement would be acceptable. I should have to suffer zero hardship for their carelessness, TWICE!! Anything short of that and I will not be satisfied, and stated that. So they know what my ONLY acceptable solution is. Waiting to hear back. They did the damage, hope they man up and make it 100% right. Why do they ask what it will take when they have no intention of doing it? Again, at this point I would reccomend you take your vehicle anywhere else but here if you want to get your vehicle back in the same condition it came in. Still waiting to hear back about a solution. It's amazing how they don't understand (or care) that they would be money ahead and have a satisfied, loyal customer instead of a disgruntled unsatisfied one that will never buy from them again. It will cost about the same either way. Besides that, they told me that the windshield company was paying. Seems like their main concern is saving the windshield company money, not having a satisfied customer. Customer satisfaction is not a priority at Galpin Ford. Again, if they do the right thing I will let it be known. More

I had some credit issues and he went over and beyond to work things out and get me a FANTASTIC deal on my new shinny Ford Edge... He is very Knowledge able, Curious, Patient, classy, and just a great guy to deal with... I owe this ALL to TC Dubose :) He is Absolutely Amazing! He provided me with the Best Customer Service. He had me Pre-Approved before I had even visited the Sales floor. I Called him up and let him know the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I submitted my credit app and within an hour I was Pre-Approved with a Fantastic Interest Rate. Let me tell you I was Amazed and Impressed. When I got to the dealership he had My Car Cleaned, A Full Tank of Gas and Ready to Go! The Only thing I had to do was go to See Janet Lazar in Financing and I was off in my new 2015 Ford Explorer. Dealing with TC DuBose and Janet Lazar was such a great experience.
